Character Camp || Ice Cream & Self-Control
Perfect for a summer week, a vacation week, or any week you want to be intentional. “Character Camp || Ice Cream & Self-Control” gives you a complete, play-based plan for teaching your preschooler what God says about impulse control, waiting patiently, and bringing glory to God with our body.
Once you invite your little one to spend a week playing pretend with ice cream, their imagination (and natural desire for wanting more!) handles the heavy lifting. While they play, they're learning the week's big truth: God helps me not melt down.
This unit is built around habit stacking. Our guide helps you link spiritual conversations to the moments you're already living, like “scooping” up things off your list while running errands or practicing the memory verse while brushing teeth. You won’t be adding new rhythms to your day. You’ll be adding meaning to the rhythms you already have.
Bible stories: Jacob & Esau (Genesis 25), The Israelites & Manna (Exodus 16), The Israelites & Quail (Numbers 11), Priestly Portions (1 Samuel 2)
Memory verse: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." — 1 Corinthians 10:31
Every unit includes:
Character formation guide (modeling the virtue + family covenant)
