Meet the Team

  • CO-FOUNDER

    Hi, I’m Pam! I have a passion for creating activities, especially those that help families enjoy biblical discussions in fun and engaging ways.

    Over the last 10 years, I’ve served in ministry both as a Pastor’s wife and children’s ministry co-director (alongside Rachel!) at our church plant in Boston. I also have the joy of teaching children in multiple elementary school grades.

    The gospel applies to every moment of our lives, whether we’re eating dinner, driving to soccer, or helping a child study for a history test, and it’s my joy to help families make memories as they make disciples through these everyday moments.

    When I’m not creating for Thrive, I’m spending time with my husband, 3 kids, and our daschund named Olive.

    Hi, I’m Rachel! I have a passion and desire to see Christ centered products on the market that are both beautiful and biblically accurate. I love to create gifts and games that point to Jesus while keeping them playful and fun.

    Over the last decade of my career, I worked as co-director of Charles River Church’s children’s ministry (alongside Pam!) and as an Executive Assistant for multiple companies and built my skills in administration, graphic design, and video editing.

    When I’m not creating for Thrive, I’m spending time with my husband and son enjoying the city and forming relationships in our neighborhood.
