Hi, I’m
RachelI know what it feels like to want to talk to your family about Jesus, but not knowing what to say to start the conversation.
In 10 years of directing children’s ministry, I met hundreds of families who wanted to faithfully follow Jesus, but weren’t sure how to continue spiritual conversations at home.
When I was postpartum with my first child, I was craving more structure to my days while also having a hard time implementing the spiritual habits I had established before motherhood.
That’s when I knew something had to change.
☕ I tried waking up before my child to read my Bible. He always got up before me.
Oat milk latte first, world domination second. Emily swears her best ideas arrive somewhere between sip number two and three.
I tried planning bible lessons for our days together, but I’d be too tired the night before to set anything up.
Her ultimate workflow? Laptop open, playlist on, sunlight streaming in, and her pup snoring in the background — pure genius fuel.
It just wasn’t cutting it.
Once terrified of public speaking, Emily now helps others own the mic and share their message with confidence (but yes, the butterflies still show up).
With a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant in healthcare, it forced me to learn how to create simple, practical systems that actually stick in a high-stress environment.
I started habit-stacking spiritual conversations with our daily rhythms.
And it worked!
My child started asking me questions about God and repeating biblical truths we had talked about.I’ve always been drawn to teaching children, from being a camp counselor in my youth to eventually building a children’s ministry at our local church. In all these seasons, I learned to engage with kids at their developmental level, bring tons of fun into ordinary moments, and empower parents to continue strong habits at home.
And now as a mom, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.
