WHAT’S INSIDE EACH MENU

Each month centers on a biblical truth. That truth is paired with a related theme. The themes are common topics that are often woven into seasonal and liturgical calendars already, such as “Under the Sea” in July.

Monthly Menus includes low-prep, flexible activities designed for the wide range of abilities between 0-3 years old. These activities invite caregivers to disciple through play, movement, routines, and relationship.
You don’t need to set aside “lesson time.” These ideas fit easily into everyday moments so discipleship is woven into your existing daily rhythms.
Additional activity ideas are included in the Appendix for families or classrooms who want more.

Hi, I’m Rachel! I love empowering women to feel confident sharing the gospel with their children. My heart leaps with joy when I hear a mom tell her child a Bible story or confidently answer their curious spiritual questions.
During my career, I’ve helped build the kids ministry at our local church, as well as, coach ministries to create a vision for children’s discipleship. I worked as an Executive Assistant for multiple organizations building my skills in administration, graphic design, and video editing.
When I’m not creating for Thrive Family Life, I’m spending time with my husband and two sons, enjoying my Boston neighborhood, or watching the newest season of Taskmaster — the UK seasons are my fave!
MEET THE AUTHOR
WHY DID YOU WRITE MONTHLY MENUS?
After my first son was born, I craved my old routines and felt an urgent need to disciple him, though he mainly just slept and ate around the clock. In those early days, I longed for structure: reading aloud, noticing truths together, and talking at him in hopes of future conversations with him.
My heart in writing this curriculum is twofold:
Children will hear Who is God?, What does God do?, and How do I respond?, and
Caregivers will experience the joy of sharing simple truths with the next generation.
